Province of Pennsylvania. June 18, 1764. Three Pence. No.69258. Plate C. Signed by T.(homas) Wharton....Province of Pennsylvania. June 18, 1764. Three Pence. No.69258. Plate C. Signed by T.(homas) Wharton. Printed on sturdy, but thinner paper. Standard size and design for lower denomination bills. Printed in black, face and back, by B.(enjamin) Franklin and David Hall, their imprint on the back. A second example, from Plate 'C'. Choice Crisp Uncirculated, and close to Gem. Wonderfully crisp and fully margined on the face. The left margin is close, but not enough to detract from the high grade designation. The wide bottom left corner has the slightest of trim ins; most would not even mention it.
