Province of Pennsylvania. April 25, 1759. Ten Shillings. No.8665. Plate A. Signed by Edmund Kearney, Luke Morris, and [faint signature]. Printed on thick paper, standard size and designs. The back is not inverted like the prior three series. Printed face and back, in black, by B.(enjamin) Franklin and David Hall, their imprint on the back. Reversed ''S'' on columns. Good to Very Good, heavy horizontal splits, rounded corners and deep back soiling. Scotch tape at top back center; Same Series. Twenty Shillings. No.6139. Plate A. Signed by Cha.(rles) Thomson, Luke Morris, and J.(ames) Wharton [?, faint]. Printed on thick paper, standard size and designs. The back is not inverted like the prior three series. Printed face and back, in black, by B.(enjamin) Franklin and David Hall, their imprint on the back. Fine, but the top edge is backed onto a piece of green paper. A horizontal fold, but otherwise even wear and decent margins. The bottom right half shows peeling between the face and the back. 2 pieces.
