Printed on laid paper with ''palisade fence'' watermark running up vertically. 120mm by 60mm. Printed from engraved copper plates in black. Left side indented border, rather ornate with mostly Gothic text and circle with Fort Johnson with ''Union Jack'' vignette at the lower left. State in script letters. Overall, Good, due to part of the right end being gone. Most of the text is still present, though a tear into the right, and the note body is clean and fairly crisp. Strong details on the vignette and indent.
