New Jersey. April 12, 1760. ''Six'' Shilling. No.2617. Plate A. Signed by S.(amuel) Nevill, H.(ugh) Hartshorne, and A. Johnston. Printed on slightly thick paper, standard designs with face and back in black, by James Parker. An interesting and rare anomaly, this is a One Shilling note raised to a Six Shilling(s). The dead giveaway is the lack of the plural in either incidence of the denomination. Very Good, split, mounted on a white card. A fascinating note.
