Act of September 29, 1773 certificate for 4,299 Pounds, but for no specific purpose as the prior four issues. Typeset note, ornate borders and wide left indent similar to the Lighthouse issue (the crosses are at the top and bottom). Red text on seven lines, highlighting denomination, emission and expiration of circulation 'AND NO LONGER..'. Very Fine plus. Lightly quarter folded, with only some partial splits with back reinforcing. A chip off the upper right and lower left and some glue flaws on the face. A crisp note with bright red text that still displays some embossing.
