Signed by Elisha Williams, William Pitkin and George Wyllys. Assembly at Hartford. Imprint of 'New-London; Printed by Timothy Green, 1773'. Not canceled, but penned ''X'' through the signature block. Extremely Fine. A light, horizontal fold and some minor back corner mounting remnants; one at a nicked corner. A sharp looking note.
