At the upper left the Bank die and at the lower right Moneta seated with small '3'. Haxby NY-635 Unlisted Type. The description matches the RWH&E note listed in Haxby. A bold and deep impression, never pressed and with perfect India paper. The faintest handling at the lower left corner, but bordering on a Superb Gem example. Exceptional for a proof note from this imprint.
