No.4582. Signed by Ben.(jamin) Waller and Phil.(lip) Johnson. Printed on sturdier laid paper. 80mm by 65mm. Uniface, printed in black from different cast cuts than previous issues by William Hunter. Ornamental cut at the left end, at the upper right are the Arms with motto EN DAT VIRGINIA QUARTAM (Behold Virginia contributes one quarter of the Arms). A rare and early issue date. Very Good. Mostly intact, but a myriad of splits emanating from the edges. Some patches of foxing over mostly clear and vivid printing. The note is reinforced on thin white paper.
