No.11849. Signed by John Randolph. Printed on thin laid paper. 81mm by 63mm. Uniface, printed in black, by William Hunter. Ornamental borders with cast cut at the upper right with seal. Motto EN DAT VIRGINIA QUARTAM (Behold Virginia contributes one quarter of the Arms). Below act date are ornaments and '2s. 6d.'. A rare early series on this Colony. This is the fourth issue act. However, Newman does not plate a note until this issue date. Fair to Good. The note is backed on thin paper with a portion missing at the upper right. A long vertical split on the hard fold. Several smaller splits are reinforced from the backing. What is there is very bright and attractive.

Only one signer was needed for the four lowest denominations of this Act.
