Province of Pennsylvania. June 18, 1764. Nine Pence. No.42834. Plate C. Signed by John Gibson Jr. Printed on sturdy, but thinner paper. Standard size and design for lower denomination bills; the Royal Arms at the upper left. Printed in black, face and back, by B.(enjamin) Franklin and David Hall, their imprint on the back. A second example, this from Plate 'C'. Crisp Uncirculated, a sharp looking note. However, trimmed in at the right by a 1/16th of an inch. The bottom margin is tight as well and there are two back hinge remnants.
