Signed by John Starkey, Lewis De Rosset, Jn. Swann, and Sam.(uel) Swann. Printed on laid paper. 82mm by 65mm. Typeset note in black, mixed fonts and with ornamental borders. Very Good, quarter folded and backed on a card. Some face soiling, but well above average looking.

This Act set forth a further 20,000 Pounds Sterling of notes at the Proclamation Money rates. The type set printing was done by James Davis.
