Typeset note in black, mixed fonts and with ornamental borders. Very Good, quarter folded and backed on a card. Some face soiling, but well above average looking.
This Act set forth a further 20,000 Pounds Sterling of notes at the Proclamation Money rates. The type set printing was done by James Davis.
