1800/1798 S.191. Missing Curl. Detail of About Uncirculated-50. Easily a Condition Census coin in terms of sharpness. Polished at some time long ago and currently an attractive medium brown color. Evidence of the past cleaning noticeable only with the aid of magnification. The surfaces are smooth and glossy. The obverse die state is essentially perfect, while the reverse die is failing at the center as well as at several letters of the legend and at the fraction.
