This and the next lot are both from the same charter and are both 1882 Brown Backs. The first note has a title layout that is different from the straight lined second note. The bank title in the first note is presented with the first line curved and in a fancy font as compared to the second note. The first note also has the plate position letter in a different position that the second note. An unusual occurrence that is seen when banks are unhappy with the first layout.
