Ornamental borders with cast cut at the upper left with seal. Motto EN DAT VIRGINIA QUARTAM (Behold Virginia contributes one quarter of the Arms). Below the seal '£ III'. A rare counterfeit and very choice. Very Fine. A small split at the top and a toning spot on the bottom border. Superior margins and excellent eye appeal.
