Signed by John Randolph. Printed on thin laid paper. 75mm by 57mm. Uniface, printed in black, by William Hunter. Ornamental borders with cast cut at the upper right with seal. Motto EN DAT VIRGINIA QUARTAM (Behold Virginia contributes one quarter of the Arms). Below act date are ornaments and '5s'. Another rare note from an early series on this Colony. About Good or so. Reinforced with paper mounting strips with the upper corners chinked off. The lower corners are shaved and rounded. The signature is strong and quite acceptable for the rarity of this series and issue.
