Signed by Benj.(amin) Payne, Elisha Williams and George Wyllys. Assembly at New Haven. Imprint of 'New-London; Printed by Timothy Green, 1771'. Fine to Very Fine, some minor splits and nicks, but a solid note. There is an upper left pinhole and short upper left edge tear. On the back is a pen endorsement on the bottom 'Registered/I.Porter/Compt.' in red pen. A scarce note uncancelled.

These notes were due on October 10, 1773, but bore no interest rate. 12,000 Pounds of these notes were authorized.
