Signed by John Chester, William Pitkin and Benjamin Payne. Assembly at Hartford. Imprint similar to March 8, 1764, 'New-London, Printed by Timothy Green 1770'. About Fine or so, some splitting on the horizontal fold on a note that is mounted on a thin white card. The face is bright and the red signatures are quite distinct.
