Slight handling marks along the edges, but nicely centered and pleasing. Sharp and clearly legible signatures of Jacob Schreiner, who, according to the Newman reference was only to have signed the January 14, 1779 issues, and Charles Cist, who, again according to Newman, was only to have signed the May 20, 1777 and April 11, 1778 issues.
