1849 Brilliant Uncirculated in strict terms of wear, but careful study finds traces of a past skillful cleaning. The obverse shows a high and level date, reverse die crack crosses the 'A' in STATES. Splendid strike and detail, deep blue-gray shows a tint of gold.
