 1899 Very Choice Brilliant Proof. A delicate ring of olive-gold frames a champagne-lilac central obverse. The reverse enjoys sky-blue, rose, and golden iridescence. Were it not for some very subtle obverse slide marks located mainly on Liberty's cheek, this attractive coin would approach the Gem category.
