For this die pairing, this in an early die state which shows trace evidence of the bisecting obverse die crack which extends up through the '1' in the date to the 'E' of LIBERTY. Light to medium gray color and free of adjustment marks. However, the surfaces are abraded from circulation, and there are a couple of minor dull scratches in the right obverse field. Identifiable by a small raised nick left of the tail of the '9'. NGC VF35.

Lot # 2830 Session 2
