1873 Arrows. The obverse exhibits light repunching on the stars, as well as both inside and below the bottom loop of the 3 in the date. Brilliant Proof and offering rich golden-tan toning on either side. Some shallow, well concealed scuffing in the devices at the lower left reverse is only visible upon close scrutiny. A mere 540 Proofs of this date, and only 1,240 total Proofs of this scarce With Arrows two-year type were minted.
