 1916 Gem Matte Proof, nearly in the Superb category. A jewel-fine strike is highlighted by delicate gold that transmuted to flaming orange in two areas near the sharp rims. This Proof issue of 600 was to be the last until the return of publicly sold Proofs 20 years later. Here is an exceptionally high quality example that will repay the closest examination. PCGS PR66.
