The central strike is sharp, but a few of the surrounding stars lack their full radial lines. Strong lustre and eye appeal despite minor hairlines and a thin scratch on the upper reverse. Examination of the obverse edge will find a very minor file mark above Liberty's cap. For the grade the present coin has pleasing eye appeal.

Winner Delp Collection (Stack's, November 1972, lot 73).
