Frosty lustre on both sides and generally bright silver save for a dark ring of blue and gold at the rims. Well struck and attractive. The surfaces show minimal evidence of wear on the uppermost points of the design. The obverse die crack from star 11 to Liberty's curls is present, but faint, no trace of the reverse die crack is seen.
