Choice Brilliant Uncirculated. Here is an assertive, fully satiny, premium specimen that reveals only light imperfections upon close examination. Though the date itself is not particularly difficult to acquire, full Choice Mint State examples do not surface with any regularity and can legitimately be called rare.
