LIBERTY above, 1804 below. Reverse type: Heraldic eagle derived from the Great Seal of the United States of America. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA around. 14 Stars over eagle's head. The obverse of this piece is toned in a pale silver gray and light yellow, while the reverse is dark gold and brown around the periphery and light silver gray, gold, and pale blue in the center. The surfaces are quite rough and porous in most places.
