1794 S.18b (R-4). Head of 1793. Edge of 1794. Fine-15. Most of this coin is medium brown, but some areas are a slightly deeper olive-brown. The surfaces are microgranular but appear smooth and glossy at arms length. This coin is of a late die state, with a bulge appearing at the reverse between 'ED' and the left side of the wreath. There are hairlines at Liberty's head, but these are the only marks of note and are not very distracting. A pleasing example of this scarce variety.
