 $5.00. Fr.61a. 1862. No.63517. Series 20. A solid Very Good with some light foxing on the reverse and a few tiny pinholes. Three nice margins with the right side cut close. The red treasury seal is missing probably due to insufficient ink in the well. One can make out where the seal is supposed to be as some embossing is present, but there are no signs of ink present and it does not appear to have faded or to have been chemically removed. An unusual note that should be further researched as it is being SOLD AS IS. NO RETURNS.
