Bright silver in color on both sides with some medium gray toning around the rims. Surfaces somewhat bright. Well struck, with good detail remaining on the high points. Obverse scratched and lightly marked. Original ornamented suspension loop, partially crushed, surface of medal below dented. Obverse: armored bust right of the young king. Reverse: royal Arms and supporters. These, the largest of the British Indian Peace Medals of the Revolutionary War era, were presented to the most puissant of the native Americans and Canadians who fought for the British.
