 George I Indian Peace Medal. Obverse brockage. Copper, 39.8mm. 267.5 grains. Choice Very Fine. Dark brown in color on both sides. Both surfaces fairly well pitted and rough. Original loop. Obverse: different bust right of George I, GEORGE KING OF GREAT BRITAIN around. Reverse: A full brockage of the obverse, George's bust incuse and facing left, partial incuse border visible at left. Quite unusual and undoubtedly extremely rare, this being the only seen example of such a mint error.
