A solid, entirely intact Very Good specimen that is free of any splits or repairs. The borders are largely quite broad with the exception of a single tight area at the bottom left. There are a few minor paper voids at the left front, and the upper right front displays ''Wash D.C.'' written in ink. The initials ''JHS'' are written in ink at the lower left back corner. This banknote, a new discovery to the census, is important in that it is the only known example of this Friedberg number that bears a single digit serial number (before the discovery of this note, the lowest known number was 13).
