A lovely specimen, nicer than most seen including Perkins' and Taylor's. 93.9 gns. Attractive deep olive brown in color on both sides. The fields smooth and hard to the naked eye, centers rough as usual, that on the obverse being quite so. No signs of significant damage and/or flaws requiring mention. Both sides ever so slightly off center but neither with any important effect.

Ex John G. Mills Collection (S.H. & H. Chapman, April 27, 1904, lot 241). Square collector's ticket accompanies the lot.
