 1723 Rosa Americana Halfpenny. Crowned Rose. Stop after REX. No stop after 1723. Br.140. Uncirculated. Bath metal. 62.3 gns. Nice, rich deep olive brown on both sides with a couple of spots of brighter yellow gold showing. Surfaces rough in places, some small pits mostly at or on the rims, rims look a bit ragged but as made. Not as sharply struck as the first two.
