 1803 Br.3, C.3. Widest 03, Closest Zeros. A strong About Uncirculated-53 specimen. Here is a pleasing coin that is toned a light tan but that does show some trivial scattered carbon specks on both the obverse and reverse. The strike is reasonably sharp for this later die state. Obverse swelling through the date, with the usual die clashing surrounding Liberty. The reverse die crack extends from the second 'T' of STATES to the right branch of the wreath.
