1806 O.114 (R-4). Pointed 6. Stem Through Claw. Choice Fine. Pleasing, fully original surfaces are light silver-gray on the designs, lettering and stars, while the fields are a wonderfully wholesome, gently iridescent golden-gray tone. Flan is spread out wildly (33.6mm x 33.4mm) and is definitely a bit out of round and very thin. Here is a wonderful specimen of this very scarce variety that is ideal for thoughtful study of the early U.S. Mint.

Lot # 2599 Session 2
