This 16 star obverse is among the most significant varieties of this date. The strike is remarkably even and full, highlighted by brightly glowing russet-gold and blue with some reverse rose toning. Here is an attractively toned, very high quality example of what LM call ''a scarce die marriage that is very rare in Mint State.''
