1795 Two Leaves Below Wings. B.1. Choice Extremely Fine, approaching About Uncirculated and offering...1795 Two Leaves Below Wings. B.1. Choice Extremely Fine, approaching About Uncirculated and offering a well balanced strike. Both sides are toned in deep coin silver gray around the peripheries, lighter gray in the fields. There are attractive traces of iridescent blue and rose around portions of both sides. The central details are sharp and bold in most places, the hair over Liberty's ear and the eagle's breast feathers being softer in appearance than the grade suggests. This is typical of the type, since those areas are directly opposite each other and there was rarely enough planchet metal to fill those portions of the dies. Some light adjustment marks can be seen on Liberty's curls and the rim at left.
