Boldly struck on a typically wavy planchet, this coin displays crisply full legends with a hint of red-gold in the obverse field. A single die crack crosses the base of '1,' and a short lamination line extends from 'D' to the rim below. Here is a very delightful example of one of the last Bechtler issues.
