 1742-H. V.358. Uncirculated. A very well made contemporary counterfeit better produced than most others and even most genuine ones. Incorrect différents give it away. Very attractive light steel gray with russet traces particularly around the obverse periphery. Both sides only microgranular. Well struck in the centers, the periphery on the obverse soft at the top, date obscure. The die work on this piece seems remarkably fresh and clear for a counterfeit, better than most others seen.
