5¢. 1935. Straight Clipped Planchet. Choice Brilliant Uncirculated. Struck on a planchet exhibiting an 18% straight clip that just barely touches the bottoms of the date digits. Lustrous, lightly toned surfaces. Here is a planchet error whose relatively large size makes it significant. PCGS MS63.
