Obverse and reverse signed R (Roettiers). Bronze, gilt. 69.6 mm. 1,943.7 gns. Rims 3.3 - 3.8 mm. Rims lightly bevelled. Obverse: Imperial bust of Louis XIV. Reverse: Victory engraving the record of French conquests on trophy shields hanging from a palm. Extremely Fine. Devices and legends nicely gilt. Fields cleaned and lacquered. Obverse die broken across lower third rim to rim.
