EARLY OBSOLETE NOTES, PERKINS STYLE AND EARLY COUNTERFEITS. MARYLAND. Franklin Bank of Baltimore. 25¢. 1815. Typeset with coin vignette. Unissued. Very Fine, nibbled corner; MICHIGAN. Detroit Bank. $5.00. 1806. Perkins. Extremely Fine; Various Northern notes including Perkins style (3), MDF Style scrip (2, one scarce), a Northampton, PA payable scrip (error 2/1 type) Early style 1820's era engraved notes (6), and early counterfeit notes (3, one from Manhattan Company). These mostly Very Good or so, a few some light damage. Great study lot. 17 pieces.
