Extremely Fine. Once cleaned. Replacement ribbon. First Battalion, Welsh Regiment of Foot, served along the American border 1812-4. So many of its strength were captured and interned during the war a second battalion had to be raised. The regiment carries Fort Detroit on its battle honours.
