Green frame, end panel and counters. Portrait of Jonathan M. Bennett (public auditor and his ''fifteen minutes'' of numismatic fame). At the right the Virginia Arms in oval. Criswell 13. All signed and issued. the cutting is typical, but generally above average. A fresh and original accumulation with most of the serial numbers in the 32,400 range; mixed plate letters A, B, C, and D. All Crisp Uncirculated and many are Choice. An accumulation that has not seen its like since the early 1980's NASCA inventory days. 77 pieces.
