Light golden-yellow tint plate outlines white protectors. Curved bank title in oval, extremely fine lathe oval medallion. At the bottom left is General Montgomery and at the bottom right is Washington. Haxby AL-G28a. A rare fully issued note. Issued $500.00 notes are tough to find. This type shows up in proof as there were several in the ABN sale. However, we have seen only three or four issued $500.00 notes from this bank. The color is a little subdued and there are some pinholes. However, a solid note. Fine to Very Fine.
