Sickles. Undated. 30.3 mm. 149.3 gns. Integral loop (broken). Nearly as made. Gold face engraved with presentation inscription to Sickles as department commander. Daniel Sickles was promoted Major General on November 29, 1862. He lost a leg but won the Medal of Honor at Gettysburg.
