Kelly/Shank/Gordon 5.119.3; Rarity 6. Unissued and falsely signed in both positions. To our knowledge, this denomination only comes fully unissued as shown in the Kelly/Shank/Gordon plate note on page 240 of their reference work. Very Fine or better. Very crisp, but a few folds. Wide bottom and side margins. Rarer than the 5 Cents note in our opinion.
