 1773 Virginia Halfpenny. No Period. N.6-X. Very Choice Uncirculated. 117.5 gns. The Newman Plate Coin. A lovely example with about 60% obverse and 85% reverse mint red showing. The obverse is lightly granular while the reverse has one small spot below 'N' in the legend. Otherwise this is an exemplary specimen and one well suited for inclusion in a high grade type collection.
