Both sides are toned in pale silver gray with iridescent rose and blue highlights. The fields are bright and nearly fully prooflike. The strike is sharp, with almost all of the detail in the dies showing even on the highpoints. The British lion guarding the Canadian beaver from the threatening American eagle is particularly sharp on this piece.
